An update to an iconic model, the Seiko Astron HAB006J brings with it a sharper look, a more robust movement and outstanding levels of accuracy and reliability, signalling Seiko's continual elevation of the Astron as one of the most practical and technically impressive travel chronographs on the market.
This model features a sharper, modern profile and a bolder wrist presence catering to those who enjoy a sportier look. Its integrated titanium bracelet and the additional silicone strap allows for several looks and a lightweight durability suitable for daily wear. It should be noted that this watch features a quick change system, removing the need for additional tools to change straps.
Perhaps most striking is the watch's rich burgundy pressed pattern dial, inspired by the radiance of crystals hidden within jet-black rock. This dial is accompanied by rose-gold accents, adding a sense of elegance and refinement to the colour scheme.
These updated aesthetics do not come at the cost of function. The dial retains its practical, dual time chronograph display whilst the watch is powered by the updated Calibre 5X63 movement, a new-generation GPS Solar Dual-Time Chronograph movement that sits at the heart of the watch’s technical identity. This allows the watch to remain accurate to within ±1 second every 100,000 years when daily automatic time adjustment is active.
